Where can we purchase tickets for the event?

You can purchase tickets on Eventbrite.com, or click the link below. Please be sure to save/print your emailed receipt with your QR code or download the Eventbrite app to have easy access to your tickets. This helps them to be ready to scan the day of the event.

Will this event be kid-friendly?

Yes this event is kid-friendly however we will be selling alcohol products during the festival. Some vendors may also be selling products that have strong adult language or products such as beer accessories and apparel.
All kids 12 years and younger are free to attend.

Are we allowed to bring canopies, chairs or coolers?

Yes, we encourage you to bring you own chairs and seating. 10x10 Canopies are allowed but we will charge a small fee per canopy during the festival. All canopies must be properly weighed down and anchored. Coolers will not be allowed or any outside food or drinks. Alcohol drinks will be served by the venue only.

Are there any hotels with special rates for this event?

Not yet, we are currently working on that at the moment. We will announce on our social media when we do have hotels for attendees to receive a special rate.

Do food vendors need permits?

Yes, all food vendors must have a food permit issued by the City of Dallas. The fee for the food permit is not included in the vendor fee as some vendors may or may not need the permit. We will be reaching out to all food vendors with more information as we get closer to the event date.

I am a representative for an artist/band, how can I get them into the festival?

We are currently full for this event, however please email us at DallasTejanoFestival@gmail.com with your information and we will keep you in mind for our next upcoming events and festivals as we plan on having several throughout the year.
